You
You go first
Before anyone else is involved, you talk it through with your coach. It listens, then asks the questions that help you understand what you're really feeling — and it remembers, building a private memory that's yours alone.
Invitation-only early access
The AI relationship coach that hears both sides — privately, one partner at a time — and brings in a licensed human expert when you need one.
We're welcoming our first members by invitation. Tell us a little about you and we'll be in touch.
The problem

One partner feels unheard but can't find the words. Help is sought only after years of hurt — if it's affordable, or nearby, at all.
One conversation, three stages
Most tools stop at one stage. BothHeard walks with you from your first private thought, to a real conversation with your partner, to a human expert if you need one — all on one continuum.
You
Before anyone else is involved, you talk it through with your coach. It listens, then asks the questions that help you understand what you're really feeling — and it remembers, building a private memory that's yours alone.
Both of you
When you're ready, your partner joins with their own private space and the same care — their own conversation, their own private memory. Then, only when you both choose to, the coach helps each of you decide what to share, and mediates in a separate shared room so you can finally hear each other.
A human expert
If the coach senses you'd be better served by a person, it says so — and helps you find a licensed counselor nearby, with a briefing you both approved. You arrive already understood, not starting from zero.
The consent wall
This is the hardest thing we build — and the whole reason you can be honest here. Your private memory and your partner's are sealed off from each other. The shared room only ever holds a copy of what you each chose to share.
Everything you tell your coach lives here, with your private memory. Your partner can never see inside it.
Their conversation and memory live here, sealed off from you in exactly the same way.
A separate space that holds only what each of you has approved. It can't reach back into either private room — and you can take something back at any time.
In the shared room, the coach's job is simple: help you understand each other and move closer. And when it senses you need more than coaching can give, it points you to a licensed human — with a briefing you both signed off on first.
How it feels to use
It asks the kind of questions that help you name what you feel — not generic chatbot sympathy, and never a rush to fix.
Persistent memory across weeks, so you never have to start over or repeat yourself. No session clock ticking.
The coach only ever carries across what each of you has explicitly approved — and you can take it back anytime.
A gentle “here's how I feel” letter you can choose to share — often the bridge that invites your partner in.
Trust is the product
BothHeard is built as relationship coaching with crisis-detection guardrails and instant human escalation — designed to work with today's AI-safety rules, not around them.
Your conversations are encrypted and yours. Delete everything whenever you want. Kept private under our own privacy policy — never sold, never used to target ads.
